I'm surprised it hasn't been mentioned, but Black Friday is almost near! For those who don't know, Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving (American Holiday) where tons of stores have huge sales on tons of items throughout their stores to lure in holiday shoppers! Their is also Cyber Monday, which is basically the online version of Black Friday when people go back to work after the holidays.. I don't usually go out on this day to shop but this year I'm tempted to because I've seen some items that I've been wanting marked down like dualshock 3 controllers for the PS3 for about $30 at Radioshack and tons of blueray movies marked down to $10. Anyone else planning to go shopping Friday?

They have a 23" Samsung monitor on sale for $190 but I wouldn't call that very cheap though.

I'm buying a 32 gb iPod Touch 3rd gen in the middle of December. So I'm going to go buy the accessories mad cheap on Friday. I.e. armband, case, screen protectors. Get a wall charger if you don't want it hooked up to the computer every time you want it to charge. If you don't have any problem with that though, it's no problem. You really don't need to get anything other than what you're planning on getting, my iPod Touch is in great shape still and all I have are a couple cheap rubber cases.

 

I'll go out on Black Friday. Not super early or anything, but I'll still be looking out for good deals. I'll have to look at all the ads in the newspaper tomorrow.

I go, but I don't buy anything. My brothers used to reverse pickpocket in the crowds with all the people, it was very funny.

I managed to find several deals on laptops.

I found a $600.00 reduction in price on a laptop with an i7 processor which brings it down to like $400 after shipping and tax.

Yeah doesn't really seem like a great deal. I did see a 28" for $250 but I don't have that kind of money to spend, nor the desk space for a beast like that lol.

Heh, as always steam totally [cabbage]s on everyones "cute" and "quaint" black friday deals. For example:

My first stop for tomorrow will be Walmart, just because they pretty much have the best deals overall. Then off to Best Buy, and finally the mall. Aeropostale will have everything 50 to 70 percent off, which makes for some awesome deals.

I haven't seen any good deals yet so I won't be going out anywhere special to get anything. My comic book store is have a 40% of everything sale though (uncommon, but not special to this day, happens like 3 times a year) so I might try and go there before work.

I'm done with my shopping, got quite a bit of stuff, but there weren't any particularly great deals. At Gamestop they had a deal where if you bought 2 used games you got one free, so I got some Wii games.

I went out and bought a Big Muff pedal. Then I got lost for an hour on the drive back.
