I still don't understand what you're talking about. Normally when UN peacekeepers go into a country, they're basically preventing genocide and stuff. I don't understand why I still don't control the government in domestic business, like repairing roads and stuff. Or is the UN doing that too, for free. :thumbsup:

Well considering that Italy set up a provisional Government the UN would hand control over to them...since Indonesia widely isn't that bothered as long as capital is flowing into their pockets...apparently that part of New Japanese Culture managed to inflitrate their culture...

Japan also states that economic aid from Italy is interference in domestic affairs, as stated by the Federation government, and has the economic aid blocked, as there are plenty of jobs availible from Federation companies in agriculture and other fields, and economic aid would destabilize the region (Like Archi was saying about how giving free stuff doesn't help).

The UN schedual elections for 2 years time, until then Italy controls Indonesia, since Japan insulted the UN, making it politically impossible for anyone who did think Japan was in the right to voice their opinions, without condoning the overthrow of democratically elected countries.

The UN cannot hold on to the territory indefinately, and give it independance would be like putting a lamb in a lion's cage...and the veto does not count when Resolution 377 is in effect.

And who else would control the territory? No other nation has any interest there except for the (Sere) Federation, but that is slightly unstable just currently...so unless Russia and China sends peacekeepers to Indonesia Italy will retain nominal control until elections are held.

30% is the amount of your Armed Forces which should be in the call of the UN...For whatever purpose...you don't have to send the full 30%...Supposing that India exploded into civil war...then 30% from the SC countries would be required...for a small country though...

The UN is in Indonesia and is protecting the citizens and has no side in the war. Before we hand it back over to someone after the war ends, there must be an election in which the people decide whether or not they want to be with Italy or Japan. Until then, there's nothing that we can do because it means that we are getting involved.

 

If you get angry and attack the UN for it, that would be a grave mistake. The UN's actually probably the closest thing that you have to an ally right now.

 

Just to be clear, about 50,000 peacekeepers are in Indonesia from the United Federation.

Australia has the most advanced exosuit in the world. Japan is 2.5 years behind them, and it appears that it can't fall behind or get ahead, because of the way the tech system is set up.
