Retech an ICBM is an intercontinental missile that is not against the law in this game nor any treaty. It is simply a big missile that moves fast and allows me to blow up slightly more than a regular missile.

Japan calls together the Kyoto convention on ICBM to attempt to ban the use or storage of an ICBM. (Remind anyone of Global Warming? :))

 

Honda-Toyota asks Russia to stop producing the cars, mainly because then Japan would sell Russia cheap moss-fuel.

I really don't understand why it seems to be so hard for people NOT to simply take control of another country and say they're doing whatever you want them to. Retech there is no reason to ban the ICBM it can be taken care of with a simple missile shield like what I constructed over europe. Which reminds me I should probably create silos for these new ICBM's (you can put quite alot in an ICBM from chemicals to biological agents to regular explosives)

Dusty, I have followed the five day rule. That's why I didn't finish until now. The peacefully invading thing was if we implemented the rule that everyone could annex 3 countries, so I would've just sent troops into Papau New Guinea and taken over. :)
