The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)

Well, I feel quite snubbed that after I had already acquired Indonesia, it somehow left. So I guess this is me leaving Tip.it :/

For god sakes Retech.

Settle for another country, were making compromises..

It's a REALLY big shaft.

I didn't catch fire, I used the can of hairspray as a flamethrower and pointed it at my arm.

how are you going to ignore my posts when I'm offering to let you live as my vassal in two weeks time?

It's a game. Stop being so dramatic.

I was told that there was a plebiscite in Indonesia. If you want it so badly, declare war on the Confederation!

Acts of Federation between the United States and the United Kingdom still continues.

EDIT: Welcome back dungeon! :)

We're still using #hegemony, I presume.

Geez.

There was no plebiscite. Arch said 'The UN calls for a plebiscite!" But it's moot, since Arch doesn't control the UN and doesn't have the authority to do such a thing.

Russia assures Japan

"I do not want to do this. I like your country and culture, but your being a bully, I will lift the contract IF you give up indonesia and you can annex another place"

Lol Russia calling another country a bully. Classic.

Someone let me know if there's a war.

I admit, I do bully people in this thread... Though I try to stand up for whats right

Like invading a country with no army because their leader 'pissed you off'? Your moral compass is broken, methinks.

I don't know anymore. I'm just frustrated because:

1. Japan starts talks with Indonesia on day one

2. Australia comes in three or four days later and starts trying to take over there

3. Australia leaves and Indonesia and its people officially become part of Japan

4. Australia comes back and starts demanding Indonesia again

5. Everyone supports Australia in demanding Japanese territory

6. I try to make a compromise to solve Australia's problem by sending 150 million people.

7. Moderators begin controlling Japanese citizens.

Nature of the beast. A game without conflict isn't fun to play. If you don't like what Australia is doing, block, embargo, invade, proagandize, etc.

Well the conflict was fine, but moderators were controlling Japanese citizens against their government when they had no reason to. After all, 40% of the population was essentially employed by Japanese companies, with probaly 80% were receiving massive benefits because of Japan. I felt that Sere just said that "they're going neutral" because it's a compromise.

OK OK, lets settle on this

Japan, you SPLIT Indonesia... I lift the contract to allow you ONE more country, then the contract is back. Ok?

Someone saying "I control the Japanese people!" doesn't mean they actually do. You know the rules, and who's the moderator (Sere), so if anyone but him says that you can just tell them to piss off back to FantasyLand.

For the record, a contract is useless if only one party has signed off on it.

The problem with that one more country thing is that everyone is just going to gang up on me again and say that they would never join Japan. That's why I'm so insistent about Indonesia. I'm unlikely to win anymore battles, so I am just fighting to keep what I have. Can't you understand that Ross?

Wait...so if there was never a plebicite.... Okay, I'm back. :D

That's the whole point. Most people tend to tread lightly so they don't anger everyone, at least until they're powerful enough to defy everyone. The problem is you kept zerg rushing across Asia (and the world) and pissed off too many people. Sort of like what Arch did.

So, you've dug a hole. Build a ladder, or keep digging to get to the core and detonate a nuke and blow up the planet. Weeee conflict.

Well I was trying to tread softly. People just keep making terrible demands.

I say we split Indonesia.

PS. Obviously since nobody seems to want to do Dungeoneering today, it shan't be on. You had 2 1/2 hours to post, so don't blame me.

I'll run it tommorow if anybody actually shows up.

Taking over Yemen and South Africa isn't exactly treading lightly :P

You get north, I get south, splitting the land as close to 50/50 as possible. Deal?

2Xeo5.png

I propose an alternative trade. How about you get Guinea and 150 million of the population which just happens to reside there? :P

----

The reason I am offering this is because you have plenty of land, but a small population...so this should work fine.

Australia is hard to live in, most cities are on the coast.. He needs more land.

And as Japan, I think I need land much more than he does.
