I don't think we'll gain access to it for a while, but it is a big map area tbf, maybe they're adding more to it/finishing it off. And who knows what might be being developed underneath it eh? There just has to be something more than meets the eye......I'm guessing that really in terms of player-based updates there's not going to be that much, just a variety of small content additions. But, I reckon Jagex have an underlying infrastructure update that they've been developing for a while and want to get it out today to finish it off, or perhaps they need it for future updates.
