March 18, 201016 yr I can't take shattard heart anymore! I've gone throuhg 400 count it 400 mage pots and 500 range pots without getting the first herblore stone! I actually don't mind it to much because its the first time in a while that i've actually enjoyed working on herblore. But there just has to be a limit. especially since we will have to do this for 28 more weeks at least. They should add an xp cap where after your gain a certain amount you will automatically get the first stone and then double it for the second. but still have a random chance of getting the stones until you reach that cap. March 19, 201016 yr I agree with you there. I've been woodcutting for over a week and a half and I haven't even got one stone... to make it worse some guy with a woodcutting cape comes woodcuts for a couple of minutes and starts bragging about how fast he got his stones <_< ....
March 19, 201016 yr For most of the skills I got them pretty fast. Woodcutting and fishing, I got 2 stones in my first inventory. However for a couple skills it took FOREVER! I was smithing for days upon days before getting both stones. Same thing for agility. I agree that there should be a cap of experience at which you get the stones.

March 19, 201016 yr I have never tried to get them. They just come when I level. I have so far rc, mining, wc, fm and thieving. Also 1 farming. But mining, wc and fm gave 2 in 1 invo. "An Amateur practices until he can get it right. A Professional practices until he can't get it wrong." Quests just keep bringing me back to this game.

A cap would be nice.. not a low cap though, something that makes you actually have to try. It should probably be based on exp rates of the skill too.. <brag> I got both my fishing stones before I even caught one fish. </brag> I'm still fishing monks, in an attempt to get my second darn cooking stone. I must have caught and cooked at least 150 by now.. Oh well, gotta keep tryin later!
April 1, 201016 yr The ones who are complaining, are the ones who want every piece without having to work for it. You can always turn the stones off if you obtained one. Just go to the Varrock Museum. They are optional, not a requirement.

I always have trouble with agility and rc >.< I've always found agility to be very slow, but RC's always come fairly easily... especially the first day when you could get both stones in 2 trips for sure.
