Rien Posted March 28, 2010 Share Posted March 28, 2010 If you're looking for an average, you'd need to have every f2p skill at approximately level 63 before you could gain access to the RSOF. Of course, it would be more practical to quickly train skills such as Cooking or Firemaking rather than trying to keep your skill levels even (assuming you're only interested in accessing the forums ASAP).
