Alright, I don't like having such a small gdp (For some reason the gdp of Brazil decided to drop 400 billion in 2 years around that time) so, I'm switching to Italy. All that I've doing remains the same, as I only started most of the projects this year. Only thing different is I put less money into the police, which balances my budget perfectly.

It's actually Anglo-Saxons and related peoples. This includes both the French and the Germans and the Norse, not the Iranians.

 

To answer Posiden: The Saxons came from Saxony (northern Germany). The Angles came from the Jutland peninsula (Denmark). I have no qualms with you joining the alliance since it pretty much falls under the Anglo-Saxon thing, but I would like to state that I prefer to keep this alliance as small as I possibly can. Since you're a new player, it shouldn't upset the balance of the game.

 

Anyway, I will work on a short constitution for the Little League of Nations.
