Swiftkit?

Seriously though, Swiftkit is pretty common and comes with a lot of useful extras. I know a lot of people who use it (I use it myself sometimes).

I use it for the screen shot feature which is really helpful. It automatically saves your screens to a folder. No more messing around with paint :thumbsup:

 

Its helpful, Give it a go and see if you think its worth it.

Swiftkit is pretty useful. Has IRC chat, calculators, highscores, and the screen shot feature. It doesn't really give an advantage or anything, it just puts everything you'd normaly use to play rs in 1 spot.

How so?

• To replace the RS window, I set up a bookmark that goes like this:
  

  javascript:open(%22http://www.runescape.com/game.ws?m=1&j=1%22,%22%22,%22width=760,height=580,location=no,resizeable=no,scrollbars=no,status=no,titlebar=no,dependent=no%22);close();

  
  

• For IRC, I use mIRC. It is programmable and I find it much more useful than the built in IRC client.
  
• To upload images, it is easy to go to imageshack.us, or photobucket.com in my already open browser window.
  
• If I ever wanted to use the media player, WMP all the way.
  
• I downloaded the file to play the zybez radio stream if I ever want it.
  
• All of the links like quest guides, world map, clues, etc are included in my wonderful tip.it bookmark system.
  
• I google "online stopwatch" or use a real one if I want a stopwatch.
  
• Firefox, Chrome, Opera, or even Safari and IE destroy Swiftkit's built-in browser.
  

I think that covers the features of swiftkit.

 

Also: this takes up way less of the screen, and I can split-screen play RS and browse.

I don't use it, I hate those ads on the main pg. I don't take screenshots (who cares, really), I use mirc (built in irc is annoying to use), I don't look anyone up (idc about others), etc...so quite useless to me.

If you take screenshots reguarly, use it.

If you highscore people reguarly, use it.

If you do cluescrolls reguarly, use it.

If you forget the inventory for anything, use it.

Swiftkey can be a great program to have when playing Runescape. Especially the screen photo feature is very popular. Myself I have never downloaded the program though since I have always been fine without it and don't want to have unnecessary programs on my computer. You should decide for yourself if you feel that you need it or not.

I don't use it. I can do everything I need with my internet. Plus I use Tip.it Microhelper for anything I can't do ninja speed. :thumbup: Pluss I hate switching windows for browsing the internet.

I like laid back training and browsing the internet at the same time, so SwiftKit only slows me down by making me switch windows; and honestly most of the features don't appeal to me or I have a faster/better method for using them.

Or you could just save yourself from all that setting-up, image-cropping, multiple downloading, clicking on your bookmarks, and Googling.

 

And no one said you had to use Swiftkit's browser just because you use Swiftkit.

 

Just go use Swiftkit.
