Well, what I would do is describe a building to you and have you give your opinion.

And I don't think I could do crud with building designers.

Also, who's Luke?

Ok, we can do that.

And Luke is me, where abouts did you see it?

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

No....I need a map as well.

If you don't make it, then I have to make it...and depending on how I feel, that could take some time to do, which would mean you got no benefits until it was made.

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

Retech...

Just do squares or rectangles...you don't have to get it perfect the first time around because the game is built to let you respawn.

...Its a learning experiance for everyone, so just try, make a mistake, get blown up and try something else next time

Any tips on how to use pixel counters? I've never used one (or even know if I have one).

Okay I admit I did SOME copy pasting, and some of the developments are just clones. But I did recount each unique development twice.

It's a REALLY big shaft.

I didn't catch fire, I used the can of hairspray as a flamethrower and pointed it at my arm.

how are you going to ignore my posts when I'm offering to let you live as my vassal in two weeks time?

I think this suits Ross's race well, just ignore the bit at the end.

Okay then, I think this pretty much shows how I intend to play the orkz in this game (remember you can easily respawn if you are in an impossible situation[albeit most likely not as your first race])

Double post for discussion!: So probably the most advanced shields in game can at maximum absorb

Nope  we are on MSN though so he is working on them, apparently =P

100 years into Forcefields will get you up to 60,000,000,000 Watt Shield Capacitors and up to 20,000,000 Watt buffers.

Or as low as 150 Watt Capacitors and as low as 0.005 Watt buffers.

Capacitors are how powerful your shields are when FULLY charged, you can't easily recharge them during battles so, while this seems like alot, it can disappear so fast.

Buffers are how much damage they can deflect/absorb in a single second.

Overloading the buffer blows out the shield generators, dropping shields for a few seconds.

Forcefields were the electro magnetic shields. So that is a 60 billion watt capability. However 1kg of anti matter Generates 1,000,000,000,000,000 Joules per Kilogram of Anti-Matter. Which means that the 1/2g of antimatter in a single anti matter torpedo would produce roughly 500 billion joules upon impact (and annihilation) on a shield effectively blowing out any shield in one hit (except possibly linked gravimetric shields)

Couldn't psionics stop that though? Since we're talking about mass, psionics could probaly take it out or convert the weapon into something harmless, or maybe even turn it around without activating it.

That would really depend on how powerful the missile thrusters are. I mean, sure, you could lift a pen off a table and write with it telekinetically, but can you stop a metal spike the size of a car travelling at several thousand miles per hour?

You can always improve the psionics, but you could find ways to improve shields, too.

Couldn't you always have a pulse weapon that sent fighter/bombers and incoming physical weapon astray?
