A tiring sessions which saw Chi shot twice through the head, The Great and Ecentric Admiral Dusty of Space Wing, Nexurado make a daring escape from the ship after his computer fiddlery was discovered and possibly the hardest puzzle ever, solved by Ico.

 

Not mention the battle which may have ended Japan's Universal dreams before they have even begun, and perhaps will turn Russia into the fully fledged super power it should be.

 

Or will this bold attack on Japan swing the balance of power against Russia and the Terran Federation as the countries, still vying for Hegemony, try to balance affairs by allying with Japan...

 

Nothing is certain except this, in the next session the Ion Storm will have dissipated and communication to Earth will be restored...And the orders will begin flowing.

Was a good session, learned some decent stuff - most important that one should not comandeer the entire ship without orders in the middle of a battle that you have no clue what's happening in, but I digress.

 

I do want to apologize to Mather though, there were a number of odd things you had done leading up to Nex's utilization of the Logitech Protocol that made me suspect that you were the one that had done it.

 

For one, you and Earth had been working in the cargo bay alone on your drones and whatnot without paying any sort of heed to the fact that we were about to start a world war, so that raised my eyebrows a bit, especially since Earth had just been reprimanded by Jerimiah for disobeying orders while I was away. Not to mention you two were both unusually quiet.

 

Second, I got the AI to tell me what projects you had been working on beforehand, and there were two things that made me very suspicious - one was that you had been working on something to do with detecting tiny amounts of pressure so I suspected that you could potentially use that information to make some sort of device that could slip by the scanners undetected and edit the AI's core files, and the second project was some very in depth study into protons or some such that the AI had worded in such a way that implied that if you had started it, it would've overloaded the AI and allowed access to core files to make changes. That coupled with the fact that you had been talking in thread before of taking over the AI sent up a huge amount of red flags to me.

 

Then out of no where you go to the science bay and say that you are 'hiding your pistol'. Why? Shortly after Earth comes in and tackles you and calls for help. So, I was pretty convinced at that point, but only had suspicions, so I locked you up and pretended I knew exactly what you had done so as to get a confession - oldest trick in the book, I admit, but it only tends to work when the person is actually guilty.

 

Anyways, I do apologize for the whole mess and hopefully the whole ordeal can be put in the past so we can all move on and get to doing what we do mess - concentrated mass destruction. Just not targeted at our ship, please!

Oh, and I know merit points can be spent on skills, but what exactly are the skills and how many merit points is the cost for a level?

I moved to the bay to ask Earth for help om fixing the mass spectrometer, not that he was willing to. And I was silent because during that session I had to wait ~2 hours total, not including my interupted instalation of interior shielding.

 

And the thing about preassure, it was in order to find out the kinetic energy of photons. I did that in order to be able to find out the exact speed of light so I could calibrate our drives.

 

And I hid my gun because I was looking for the intruder and I planned to go all ninja on him.

 

 

And to make this clear, I have never had any intentions of taking over the AI, nor to remove your access to it. Though I was planning on using the photon research as a divide-by-zero function as well as the research so that when the AI reset I could implement Protocol Democracy:

If a protocol is made or changed, it has to be approved by the majority of our crewmembers.

(It started as all, but after Nex went nuts I don't think it'd be possible)

 

Though with Nex' protocol disabled I guess I could just add it.

 

And I just feel like I have to say it; I've got grace under preassure.

Oh yeah, I've been designing a covert op suit. For missions that would require infiltration and smarts instead of just blowing the crap outta everything.

 

So far I've thought of a few things for it

 

-Sensors (Multiple, for detecting things through walls and how many things or people are around)

-Stealth (lvl 4, but I want to get it to lvl 5)

-Blade (Built)

-Tranq Gun (Given to me by Jen)

-Visions (Infrared, regular, so on and so on)

 

Anymore ideas?

Two Mini Gamma Pulse Torpedoes on the back (Designed to fire when medic is leaning over to heal, so it can still fight)
