What is your FPS?

Featured Replies

So I just found out about this and now I'm curious about it. What is everyone's fps? Mine is hovering between 20-25.

If you don't know how to show your fps here's a quick how to:

  • Press the "`" button (left of the number 1 key)
  • Type in "displayfps" no quotes, no spaces
  • Close with the same button
  • Should be obvious where you see fps from there

to turn it off do the exact same thing

Mine averages 20-25 in places without a lot of people. Highest mine has ever gotten to was 44 and that was in the lobby.

Standing in the ge it bounces around in the 10-17 range.............

That's lowest settings.

What is yours?

With the highest settings on this laptop its around 13, with the lowest (which I usually do) its lowest is like 45. Now on my desktop with the highest setting is 50.

Finally on here to update that I have officially quit! It's been fun.

Oh yes I forgot to mention mine was on lowest settings but on my crappy laptop. Yours is apparently a decent laptop lol.

Everything on the highest possible settings + 3360x1050 resolution, about 30-40 FPS

I think my laptop might actually explode if I tried that...

When I'm at a quiet spot by myself, I'm at 40+ but at ge, im at 18 a lot.

I've sent a 12k combat mission to have Aiel assassinated (poor bastard isn't even Pincers-tier difficulty).

40-50 if I'm in areas with little population (e.g. underground places like Stronghold of Security). 10-20 in cities. 1-20 in GE.

I mostly use lowest settings on OpenGL (I prefer them over "HD").

50. Cant get any higher.

48-50 in mins setting.

20 on highest.

Both of these are at the cyclops room, i play on lowest but i would love to play on a computer that can get 50 fps on highest settings.

35-50 on medium ~30 on high

i always play on the "old high detail" withour textures

I'm running at a steady 50 FPS in most places. It drops at some of the more notorious places such as the GE, and also at certain dungeoneering rooms such as the tile-flipping puzzle room and the starting room after Vhellcat has spent 15 minutes collecting stuff.

I'm using mostly high settings, with 4x AA, but "Lighting Detail" is set too low. Setting it to high makes dungeons really, really dark, which is bad times when taking screenshots, and I can't be bothered switching around all the time :P

Logged into a 9-10 FPS. W117 Daemonheim with most of the highest settings on.

On my homeworld, it's about 19 FPS for Daemonheim. In Shilo it's around 30.

Lowest settings possible, I hover around 10-13 FPS

This is pretty much the state im in but more in empty places and less in crowded places :(

Will change pretty soon when my dad buys his new build and I get his old

9-02 on lowest settings and in fixed size.. Which I find odd. It feels like the game plays at 20-60 though.. For the past five years at least.

I guess being a java game it runs differently then other games. The only time that the game is unplayable is in w2 ge...

Daemonheim, everything maxed out (including AA) @ 1920x1200 gets me 30fps (DirectX mode, OpenGL is slightly slower)

Lowest I've seen is 10fps at particularly busy GEs, and Party Room. If i turn off AA and lower animations from all, then it speeds up.

I get constant 50 in the lobby.

If I switch my laptop to run in single monitor mode, I can get more fps, but I like to have more screen space.

Software mode hovers between 20-40, it goes all over the place (I multitask often :P)
