Also Colony needs 10K KT! You don't NEED a colony(As in your research centre). I guess you can build away from the colony (IT'S A LARGE PLANET). But the space around the colony is neccessary for the colony.

As I see it, the bodies aren't doing anything and are letting precious KT go to waste, as long as earth is discrete about it I have no problems with it.

You could use the dead bodys from the colony, that would give you a huge amount of bodys which you could transfer into kT pretty much for free (excluding). This would be forced and after a couple of years it will be assimilated into people's cultures and everyone will be okay with it. In other words we just go to stasis, travel somewhere quickly and we now have a huge amount of money.
