Zantareous Posted June 2, 2011 Share Posted June 2, 2011 I would like it if they were to bring back the old Tutorial Island and at the Quest Guide part (before you go down the ladder to learn about Mining/Smithing) the Quest Guide would ask you if you want to complete your first quest. This quest would be to go down the ladder where you would be greeted by the White Knight and complete the current tutorial of defeating the dragon (the current tutorial even has that ladder at the entrance, so both tutorials work together quite well). They could further expand this storyline by saying that the Dragon is blocking the path to the mines, so you need to clear him out to get to the Mining/Smithing instructor and then complete the old tutorial as usual. Nash Posted June 2, 2011 Share Posted June 2, 2011 They should make a much bigger tutorial island, something you actually play on for level 3-10 or something. Kind of like how maplestory and WoW (for the night elves) have it set up. That would make the new players work together to learn the game, and then if your not new and just making a new character you can just walk to the town on the island and take a boat off it to the mainland. Regrettably, I did not take any pictures recently because I was not expecting my account to disappear. I may have an old one or two that I will search for.
