I though she said triangle sandwich but it turns out she didn't. It actually helped me to be teleported there because I needed to go to ardougne and was in draynor at the time. And when I ate it, it did 3 damage to me, with a result I had only 4 hp left (I got attacked by the Zombie by burying bones and didn't got food with me at that time).
