I WANT TO GWD WITH YOU ALL@@@ I've actually been promising Kim and Gwyn for some time now xD And whilst back at uni we definitely will! :D

 

Right so yeah, kinda been very quiet on the whole TIF front. Had to sign out for a few days to get everything sorted and in order. Essentially by the time I arrived last Saturday I still hadn't been officially accepted onto my M.A., and in fact, I went to see my lecturers on the Monday after I registered and found out that she'd only just received it to accept. So from 1st June til after 12th September (lecturer was going on holiday, so checked her pigeon hole on the 12th) the registry had the application.... Pissed is not the word to describe how I was.

 

Anyways... Levels from the last week:

 

 

 

 

I have tried to get on every now and then for bossing with Dan and sometimes his brother too. The other day we went to Sara, where Dan got 2 ACB drops and I got this:

 

 

Overall split was like 13m between Dan, his bro and myself.

 

And tonight we went to Bandy where I got this and then he got gloves:

 

 

 

 

 

I've been umming and ahhhing to buy Steadfast boots or not. Having built up a pretty epic collection of daily crap (like literally, I have 100k broad bolt-tips and arrow shafts to sell), which now amounts to ~50m or so, meaning I can buy Steads if I really wanted to. Adding in my new cashpile of 31m and my torsts that total reaches 98m which is totally nom@ So basically the plan is to have a 100m cashpile (never had before), then buy Steads and Dpick and start on dailies all over again.

 

 

 

ALSO! I'm amassing a sheep army to take over Wales! Be warned!@

 

So today was kinda eventful. Sorted out a load of M.A. stuff, and basically I have one module over the next 2 weeks intensively, then 2 modules I can either do in 4 week bursts or spread myself out over 8 weeks.

 

Also today... Dan and I wanted the Arma lore book, so we saddled up for an hour and a half trip. He got boots, and therefore we achieved our goal and this was our profit (which I CBA to crop because it's 4:15am and I'm tired):

 

 

 

He and I went to Zam where we got:

 

 

 

 

And then I'd been keeping Kim waiting, so we went and hit Zam and roughly 20 mins in:

 

 

 

 

At this rate my Steads fund is going amazingly well. Down to about 8-10m cash left to get.

Everyone keeps saying about it - Max Cape? Comp cape?

 

TBH neither. It'll never happen. Between Hunter, Brink of Extinction and QBD Max and Comp wont happen... And don't forget 2 new skills in the summer. Both of which need to be 99'd too. If I even pulled out some stops and TRIED for Max it would only just probably happen (if I could stomach Hunter) by the time they were released.

 

Still I'll keep plugging away at some skills... I have 95 cons banked. A semi-plan to probably just do Fletching/Thieving for 7 levels and get 2400 total etc. I'll get close... One day.

 

 

Real Life update:

 

First term M.A. went stunningly well - Overall 72 in Research Methodology, 72 in Studying the Medieval and 74 in Cistercian's and their World.

I had a girlfriend for 3 months and she broke up with me... Apparently had too many issues with trusting people and stress and depression and anxiety etc. Got a new girlfriend now haha.

 

Erm... 2nd term is going well... Got 6 essays to do... No ounce of motivation to do them though.

More boredom and procrastination... Though yesterday I did manage to write a 4000 word essay in just over 9 hours... #WINNING. Got roughly 1000 to go for this Thomas Becket module, and then hoping to finally have a 2500 word essay on Anglo-Saxon Heroic Literature done before the 16th when I go back, so I'm then half way through the assignments for my 2nd term.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Guess this means I'm 96 levels off maxing/comping or whatever...

Anyways today:

 

 

Decided rather than focus on getting a Thieving level a day to 99 I'd work on all 90+ (minus Hunter). So 3 levels to go for mining (will go for 91 though - effigies) and 5 for WC (6 technically for the same reason).

 

Currently working on a Herblore level because eh, I has monies and if I decided to waste the money on it I'd be left with 1 buyable 99 to go, which would be nice.

 

 

 

Right request for you TIFers... My bank is shocking. I'm starting to get fed up with it. I originally tried to have one skilling tab, which has now sprouted into 2 and it's just all awful. So any ideas on what to take out and how to clean it up nicely?

 

Also consider that I've pretty much given up combat entirely in this game, and the only thing I ever really do is lag around a dungeon for Mierin, or go and die on ~wave 15 of Troll Invasion (seriously... The past 5 months EoC has been out I haven't reached the end of Troll Invasion once, always dying about there).
