Was playing a game of UFO:Defense And I have a guy with 100 skill in shooting, which means he gets 99% chance to hit with most shots. BUT NO, APPARENTLY 99% IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Basically right as I get off the craft, my entire team locate an alien standing basically outside the landing craft, which is very common. This is where the unbelievable amount of BS begins to begin. >First person comes out>Oh my god an Alien *Shoots at the alien* (22% chance per shot)>Misses every shot>Tries again>Misses every shot>In total 6 shots missed>Second person comes out>Shoots at the alien>Misses every shot (26% chance to shoot)>Total shots missed 12>Third person comes out>Misses again (Forgot his % but it was <30)15 shots missed>Fourth Person comes out>MISS (At a staggering 56% chance)>18 shots missedFIFTH56% chance to shoot21 SHOTS MISSEDSIXTH70+% CHANCE24 SHOTS MISSEDSEVENTH36% CHANCE27 SHOTS MISSEDAND HERE'S THE BIGGEST AMOUNT OF BSEIGTH PERSON99% CHANCE TO HIT THIS GOD DAMN ALIEN30 SHOTS MISSED At that point I lost my temper a bit, even though it's a game, that just doesn't happen.... That is... Just wat. I consider that the most unluckiest thing that has ever happened statistacally speaking. THEN THE ALIENS TURN HAPPENED HIT HIT HIT OH AND BECAUSE THIS ALIEN WAS THE WEAK HP BUT POWERFUL GUN ALIEN THAT HAD AN AOE ATTACK IT KILLED FIVE PEOPLE AND INJURED ALL EIGHT The next turn it thankfully died.... WHEN I STOOD MY 99% CHANCE GUY RIGHT NEXT TO IT AND LET LOOSE A HELLSTORM OF BULLETS. Oh oh, and here's where I could have lost my mind, but I calmed down By the end of the entire 'battle'I had one guy left, it was the 99% guy... 16 people entered that battle, he was the only person that lived (8v8) AND THEN... (and may be a spoiler for those that actually do read it) Like do you really want to get to the point of having me post mildly vague commentary on the latest page of Friendship is Dragons, Addicting Science, or Skin deep out of sheer annoyance at you advertising webcomics in the same way?
