This chick 2 years younger then me is hitting on me but shes so hot, but I don't wanna date someone 2 years younger (I know her irl btw shes in my school, im in grade 11 shes grade 9) i dunno how to tell her i dont wanna go out with someone 2 years younger cause it would be weird. I like c hicks my age, or older and maby someone 1 year younger max.

You live in canada right, and im guessing if ur 3-2 years older than her too.

If you "do something" *wink wink* with her, that would be sexual abuse...

I think anyway... I forgot what my law teacher said... :(

No its not. 14 is the age of consent. It used to be 16+, but it was changed (i think) to 14, so now 14 and on can do it without getting anyone in trouble. BTW, its not called sexual abuse, but satchatory rape.

It's a tough situation man, specially considering she may be really immature and get really upset if aren't very careful when telling her that.

Rofl? What's so hard about saying, 'Hey, I appreciate it, but I don't think it can work between us' ?

11th graders shouldn't fool around with 9th graders. Tell her you like her and respect her and all that, but you don't think it's right for older guys to go out with younger girls. I don't think there's much point in coming up with some other excuse. You'd just confuse the issue or hurt her feelings or something.

Do you LIKE her?

It's not about whether you "don't like" going out with younger girls because you think it would be "weird". It's about whether you actually like the girl or not for some reason that's more quantifiable than "she's so hot".

There's a lot more to relationships than sex. If you really like her, it doesn't actually matter whether you get to use your trouser titan. Loving the girl goes a lot deeper than your one-eyed monster ever could.

Furthermore, what's "weird" about it? By the time you're 25, you wouldn't care if you were dating a 27-year-old or a 20-year-old. The age is primarily a superficial factor, disregarding your local laws about statutory rape and legal ages of consent.

So to reiterate: If you like her, go for it, you might get somewhere that actually matters more than just being in bed with her. If you don't, tough. Tell her no. If you don't like her, just tell her that. It'll save her a lot of long-term stress, believe me.

Hey, more reading, less typing.

One, he didn't mention having sex with the niner at all. He already said it himself that he doesn't want to go out with this niner so he's asking how to properly reject her.

I'm almost in the same dilemma though. There's a cute niner in my TA, though the difference is, I'm only a sophomore and I already have a gf.

If you already got aG/F, there shouldnt be a dilemma. Just say im not interested, and go on.

Ps. whats with the recent amount of girls wanting guys latly? I start going out with a girl and all of a sudden everyone else is having g/f problems?

I said almost. Besides, lust, hormones, and short skirts don't go together.

Actually, I'd say the three mix quite easily. It's just that the product of that mixture is nothing but bad for the people involved.

To the TS: Just tell her you're not interested. It's not that hard. Oh, if you try to comfort her, saying things like, "Well, you're a wonderful girl, but you're just not for me," be prepared for her to get offended. She may not, but I've known plenty of girls who would see that as being patronized and get mad.

Now here is the answer to the question: The Formula

Now this is a special formula. Lets do it and find out the results.

The Formula.

(Her age -7) x2 = creepy limit.

Now she's in grade 9 so i'm guessing she's 14 years old.

(14 -7) x2 =

7 x 2 =

14

Therefore she should only date someone that's 14 years old, so yep that would be creepy.

If she were 15 (which is a good probablilty that she will turn 15 in the next couple of months, she could date someone that's 16 and it woulden't be creepy. So if you're still 16 and she's 15 then go for it.

But in reality age shoulden't matter, if you find her attractive go for it it's not that bad. Ive got friends who are 17 and are dating 24 year old guys (creepy age for 17 is 20)

My boyfriend is two years older than I am, but we get along just fine. Don't go by her age. Go by whether or not you truly like her, and would like spending time with her.

just say you don't date freshmen.. she'll understand ;)

For the record, I made the comment about sex in response to someone else who made mention of laws regarding statutory rape, thus implying that some people on this thread had already started thinking about sex at that point.

Here's a test: If you can sit down with her and talk about doing the horizontal tango safely (you know protection, safety words if you're into that kind of thing). Then you're both ready to go for it. I find if you're not mature enough to talk about sex, then you're not ready. Personally the age thing doesn't really bother me. Oh and by the way, I'm saving it for marriage, no joke. Not for relgious reasons just a choice I've made over the past couple of years.

Seriously, that's not the way it works. You'll look like a total doofus if you sit down with her and discuss condom use and making sure it's as safe and sanitary as possible.

Anyway, as for you problem, it's usually easy enough for someone to take a subtle hint that you're not interested.

Yeah.... We look down on kids like that.

We see a bunch of d-bag Juniors dating Freshman girls just to get into their pants.

Kinda makes us think... "Eh?".

Ghost: I am prejudice towards ignorance, so that would explain why I appear to be so.

yea ive had that same problem wiht my chick freinds little sister. she even told her freinds she got wiht me when we were drunk together but im positive i didnt. best thing to do is just say u wouldnt feel right and then ask her if she would go out wiht sombody 2 years younger.

or ya could do the dogs act= if theres grass near the wickets its time to play cricket

If you like her then it shouldn't matter if shes 2 years younger than you, I know plenty of people who love each other that are more than 2 years apart in age and they don't have any problems.

But if you don't like her you should tell her so, just don't be rude about it, it may hurt her but it would be better for her in the end.

Personally I say go for her man, if she was gutsy enough to flirt with you then you atleast got to give her props for that. I've been in the same boat before and I'm in grade 10, I actaully did it though, big mistake on my part. She was a little immature if you know what I mean. She was grade 8 though(wrong I know), I promised myself I would never do it again...then I found some other grade 8 chick, so much hotter, but I controlled myself and I'm glad.

I think it's just that younger chicks are easier to approach for some reason.

Anyways, there's a chick in my science class who's 15 and going out with some guy who's 18, and they've been going out off and on for over a year or something like that.

I'm in 11th, my girlfriend is in 9th. We've been dating for almost 9 great, very fun months. The age difference doesn't bother us or anyone that either of us know. Heck, my dad was a Freshman in college when he first met my mom, as a Freshman in highschool  The only thing that matters in relationships is if ya'll really get along, and enjoy the company of one another :D
