Other than to say you own the new dragon weapon... NOT EVERYBODY HAS 70 ATTACK SO QUIT WHININGwho's whining? I was just stating a fact. If you can get 60 attack you can get 70 so thats not the point. and jud shouldnt you be selling some GP on ebay or something? I dont see how my post was complaining at all. Youre really telling me that you would use a dragon 2h? Why would anyone who is training use one? It would literally hit every 10 seconds. Thats not whining thats stating facts Its all speculation at this point anyway, The only use I can see is what was just said above about the insta hit if you are guaranteed to hit a high number but if that is the case how many people are really going to use it for that? It will cost 100 million when it comes out. I like to look at all sides of something not just the *peaches and cream* side Lastly, my point I was trying to make about your statement is not wether or not you are in fact right, but how you always look for the negative's in whatever jagex tries to accomplish, when was the last time you had a purly(sp) positive post?You confuse negativity with criticism. Im sorry that I don't blindly follow and just conform and be happy with a new dragon weapon. I still fail to see the negativity in my post. The only thing I said was there would be no point of owning it IF its gonna be 100 mil (which it probably will be) when it first hits, and IF its slower than a dragon battle axe (which it will be). Come up with 1 LOGICAL reason other than having the newest dragon weapon out to have one when they come out? Oh and I made a positive post saying i was excited for the new clue items :) but since you cant spell purely I dont expect you to be able to search for posts. hmmsk Posted February 8, 2006 Share Posted February 8, 2006 lemme put it this way: as you already know they already have graphics for D2H and Dpick, so there is quite a high probability that it wont be anything else, only if jagex is really really ineffective in their work, and my guess is D2H 18/22 skills at or better than 60.1300+ skill total.Barrows:Torag's Helm x2, Guthan's Helm, Guthan's Warspear, Dharok's Greataxe, died to dharok, Guthan's Platebody, Ahrim's Hood. As far as I'm concerned, it's just going to be another expensive Dragon item, that probably won't stand up to the Abyssal Whip. I'll be at that new monster when they update comes though, that place sounds like a lovely looting point. Theres always plenty of morons that bring all their best stuff to new updates and die. These are some graphics I made when people were guessing at what King Dagganoths would drop. Everybody thought it would be boots, but I had my money on either a warhammer or kite. But since they have those pics of the D Pick and D 2H in the hi-scores, I am betting on one of those. Still, a kite wouldn't be bad. Although whatever it is, I think we can agree it will be breath-takingly expensive for the first few days we have it. Oh yeah. That's right. kinkydave Posted February 9, 2006 Share Posted February 9, 2006 ok ill put a range based opinion in here. first let me clear this up, i am a greedy lil ranger. and any one who is a pure ranger is greedy, even if you dont want to admit it you know you are. so being greedy i want more and more better better blah blah blah. so i was hoping for a dragon ranged based weopon. i dont want any thing like arrows because they would cost way to much and you lose them as you use them. i was hoping for a ranged weopon that could return to you like a boomerange or somthing. maybe have it be a dragon throwing knive that swings back to your hand because of its shape. it wouldent have to be any thing realy powerful just a decent training weopon. of course i know this makes range training even easier "wouldent have to buy arrows any more" but they did the same thing in my opinion with melee. melee doesnt have to buy arrows or runes so they buy food. but with hally you food isnt needed.
