Kay....... First of all you can only get rune meds from lesser demons and btw nice large helmet and :P pretty lucky the only random event i got a half key was from rick turpentine.

I have got only 3 rune meds from lessers...

if you are new to training there and gonna stay for longer then expect many many more of those ;)

lol thats not really a great drop, gotten plenty of em from jellies. ma bestest drop was a d med from fire giants :D and then obby cape from tzhaar people
