Less a wild guess more a confirmed fact since they said it in like 2 videos and showed it in one of the trailers. Also confirmed is it's 4 stages, with each stage adding new attacks (one would assume 1 stage per beacon/artefact lighting/fixing) with it being confirmed that 4th stage time stop involves killing ghosts to stop yourself getting time stopped. It sure is fun to play with your alive meal, but when it stops moving or is too annoying, the fun is gone and the cat leaves his prey behind. So I guess we are that prey, and when she has enough of us, she either kills us and if that doesn't help, well, she just goes to sleep. The more of them posted the more I get the feeling it's from a private server. eg the QBD data is there in-game just the gate shut off and via private server they can get in/spawn it. Hence it's seeming lack of attacking and more than 1 player in last pic (when we know its instanced to be solo). I would've kept playing after the beta if they made a few changes. The idea of the servers being deleted after there was crowned a "winner" kinda turned me off to the whole ordeal.
