If your not a bank-pin kinda guy, than you can still have a 600k down deposit. All you have to do is buy a cannon, set it up, and forget about it.

 

 

 

When you get hacked, talk to the guy, get it back, and sell it for 600k.

Good point. This does help in those rare cases where someone is playing when they find out they are keylogged, and need a way to stop the hacker from getting their items.

Get yourself a decent firewall, antivirus and spyware remover. Then don't enter your password on random sites.

Yeah no doubt... I chose not to charge to 99 magic because I wasn't wanting to waste 30m gp to do it (and I felt that it obviously wasn't how Jagex intended the spell to be used), then what do you know... I get my 45k magic logs and nats (among other things) all stolen anyway...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Another thing you might try is Miscellania. I'm not sure if it still takes your money if you have everybody set to idle, but you can store up to 1m (or is it 5m?) in your kingdom up there if you've done the quest.

that is a definitely a decent idea though, along with the miscellania one, as long as you're sure you're not going to need the money in the future. unfortunately it probably won't stem the flow of posts here though, since the people being hacked that post here all seem to have less than 500k, heh.

The possability of getting your account hacked it not that great, especialy if you have the right protection and have the right mind not to enter your password on other sites.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This cannon method is ok i guess....if you have a spare 600k in the bank i would buy one just to do it, its like a safety net...the chances are your not going to fall but in the case of a freak accident its there to catch you.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can also invest some of your money into your kingdom...and make it so you are producing NO resourses.

If you still get hacked after having a firewall and no viruses on your computer it may be a "dictionary Hacker", for those who don't know is someone who goes through typing every single possible password

That's what I was going to say. Just go to Miscellania and store some cash there. I'm not sure but I don't think they take any cash if you have them all set on idle. You can store up to 5M cash there. So there's your "Safe Deposit Box".

Meh i remember doing the cannon thing a few days before i was hacked outta 16m,sold my cannon,bought 6 glories and went on a nature rcing spree.Made like 3m in 2 or 3 days.

bank pins are a hassle and slow me down, i hate them. my password is personal im the only 1 who knows it. i dont goto many websites, and the 1's i do visit are definately not going to be after my runescape stuff.
