i ordered 3 Greenday CD's on play.com for my sisters birthday, it was 3 for 18 quid....i got 2 of them like a day after her b-day, i left it a bit late they were all ordered about 2 days before it and came respectably, on the day and one 2 days later....the 3rd one however...still hasn't come.....1 and a half months waiting for the win, whats the longest other people have had to wait?

If you haven't received your order by 21 days you can contact the play.com customer service and then you need to click the item you haven't received and they'll trace it and eventually send you a new one.

 

 

 

Log in, then you see "No outstanding orders", look on the lower left and there you see 'Any Questions? Helpdesk" or something, click it and you will go to the helpdesk screen.

 

 

 

Then you will get this screen:

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then click view your orders, and click 'select' the one you haven't received.

I only ever had one problem with Play delivery and that was when I ordred a DVD which was out of stock and when it came back in stock it had a different UPC and the old one was deleted from the site and the new one added. Basicly it left me perminantly "waiting" for this DVD to come in. A quick email to them sorted it out tho and I got it a few days later.

I love it. You can compare it with the criterion collection, but this one has got around 36 out now, and 12 more planned + a mizoguchi box coming. So I can keep up with this now, as I'm nearly complete. Something that's impossible with the Criterion Collection

It's not that I got a 6-disc edition or so. Part 3 is double disc. The rest is just single disc. But they've got audio comentary on all three movies. 8-)

They are still supporting older versions of DVD Profiler, right? I just added a movie a few days ago (Red Dawn lol). Seemed like everything worked OK.

 

 

 

When you update to version 3 do you have to re-enter all your movies? Or will it just port them from the old version?

I like that Astaire & Rogers collection, looks nice (I like Ginger Rogers, a lot). Bicycle Thieves is going to be the next Criterion movie I buy, I love that movie.

Yea, indy, you need to make a back up file in 2.4 and import it to 3.0. :) The first time it doesn't work and only adds 50 titles. Remove all of those, and import them again. ;)

The Astaire and Rogers collection is highly recomended. :P It's one of the best sets I've ever seen. 10 movies and one documentary (if I'm not mistaken)a lot of extras and there's the replica's of the theater programs. Very cool.
