September 9, 200817 yr Individual Thought Patterns by Death. Very, very good. Shuldiner and co. at their best. Better than Human. Edit: Also ordered a couple today: Kill by Cannibal Corpse Unquestionable Presence by Atheist.

September 10, 200817 yr Individual Thought Patterns by Death. Very, very good. Shuldiner and co. at their best. Better than Human. I don't agree that it's their best at all, but it is better than Human. Scream Bloody Gore is their best, by far and Leprosy comes in at second. In terms of the next CD i'm going to buy... Well i'm waiting for the new Cattle Decapitation album really at the moment. I hope it'll be as good as Karma.Bloody.Karma, but maybe with some elements from To Serve Man. My Last.FmLeekSpinner!!!Random Furry Dance!!!Proud to hate life, since not too long ago!!!
September 14, 200817 yr Author Man, a lot of criterion is on sale at amazon.com. It's hard not to click at everything. :P yumm. I'll keep it at these ones. There all almost 50% off. Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore!

September 15, 200817 yr Picked up Death Magnetic by Metallica today. Sounds good so far. I also picked up Legion by Deicide.
September 17, 200817 yr I don't know why I didn't mention it, but I bought a copy of Songs for the Road by David Ford weeks ago. It's an amazing album, but one song stands out in its beauty. The lyrics for Song For The Road just blow my mind. [hide=]Well the day casts down Lengthy shadows on unfamiliar towns I drove 300 miles from the place I call home And I tip my hat to the angel of the North And the sun sets fire to the heavens On the hills over Sheffield tonight And I'll sail over this countryside with new friends and old And we are no where, but man, we're alright So you can keep your belief in whatever I'll wear my cynicism like a tattoo While poets try to engineer definitions of love You know all I can think of is you And I can't wait to see you on Sunday Far from the traffic and the smoke and the noise For this evening I will play back every message that you sent And I will sleep to the sound of your voice Now I don't like using words like forever But I will love you til the end of today And in the morning when I remember everything that you are I know I'll fall for you over again I know someday this all will be over And it's hard to say what most I will miss Just give me one way to spend my last moments alive And I'll choose this, I'll choose this, I'll choose this I'll choose this, I'll choose this, I'll choose this I'll choose this, I'll choose this, I'll choose this [/hide] "Da mihi castitatem et continentam, sed noli modo"
September 18, 200817 yr Altars of Madness by Morbid Angel. Now this is metal that kicks serious [wagon]. Loving it so far. I also picked up Spiritual Healing by Death. Now just one album away from owning their entire back catalogue. What a great band. :) Loving this one too.

September 25, 200817 yr They really need to released a complete Hitchcock collection already. Every boxset I see of his movies is a different mix and to get them all, since I can't find them all individually, would land me with at least 2 of close to 70% of his movies... it's gay :(
September 25, 200817 yr Author Nah, it wouldn't. There's different studio's he has worked for, each studio has got various DVD-boxes, all with different movies. :) The different studios is also the reason that there isn't one big box. I don't know if you've got a DVD player that also plays region 1? If so, this is your best choice. the Universal Box: Alfred Hitchcock - The Masterpiece Collection (Psycho / Vertigo / Rear Window / The Birds / Shadow of a Doubt / Family Plot / Frenzy / The Man Who Knew Too Much / Marnie / Rope / Saboteur / Topaz / Torn Curtain / The Trouble with Harry The Warner Box: The Alfred Hitchcock Signature Collection (Strangers on a Train Two-Disc Edition / North by Northwest / Dial M for Murder / Foreign Correspondent / Suspicion / The Wrong Man / Stage Fright / I Confess / Mr. and Mrs. Smith the MGM Collection: Alfred Hitchcock Premiere Collection (Lifeboat / Spellbound / Notorious / The Paradine Case / Sabotage / Young and Innocent / Rebecca / The Lodger St. Clair Vision Box (containing nearly all his British material): * The Lodger (1927)* The Ring (1927)* Easy Virtue (1927)* The Farmer's Wife (1928)* Champagne (1928)* Blackmail (1929)* The Manxman (1929)* Juno and the Paycock (1930)* The Skin Game (1931)* Rich and Strange (1932)* Number 17 (1932)* The Man Who Knew Too Much (1934)* The 39 Steps (1935)* Secret Agent (1936)* Sabotage (1936)* Young and Innocent (1937)* The Lady Vanishes (1938)* Jamaica Inn (1939) Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore!
September 25, 200817 yr The different studios is also the reason that there isn't one big box.Crap.. I keep forgetting that bit.. yea, that explains a lot but it's still a pain :( I'll check out those sets though.
September 25, 200817 yr Author Ah, a pain. I'm glad they've released nearly everything. :) There's a lot of great filmmakers whose oevre hasn't been released on DVD. :) Got some more Scott Walker CD's, this guy is really good. Can't believe I've missed him, since he's everything I like about music. It almost feels as if it was specially made for me. His music is fantastic. It's dark and he is full of despair. He croons away like Frank Sinatra to sound like Antony the next minute. His music is very dark, theatrical and at times bizarre as hell. Deffinitly worth a try for the adventurous listeners among us. September 28, 200817 yr just bought this one :o only because vital remains( ) plays there I wanted to buy Evil Death Live but couldnt find it :| Why even try with that idiot? Honestly, there is no point whatsoever. I'd get better replies if I argued with a tree stump.
September 28, 200817 yr Just ordered Weeds seasons 1-3 (haven't watched a single second of it, buying blind) and Jericho season 2.
September 29, 200817 yr Just ordered Weeds seasons 1-3 (haven't watched a single second of it, buying blind) and Jericho season 2. I have a friend who watches Weeds and says it's pretty good, so you should be alright with that one
October 2, 200817 yr I just pre-ordered this from here, and I am so unbelievably excited about it. I probably shouldn't be. Because.. it comes out on the 17th of October, which is the day my HSC starts, and it'll take another week to get here. But come on, US$32 for a DVD, CD, and shirt of my favourite band, with shipping included. How am I meant to not be excited? I just wish I had some friends that actually liked Between the Buried and Me in my area. :( Cool.
October 2, 200817 yr My copy of Seasick Steve's latest album (I Started Out With Nothin' And I Still Got Most Of It Left) arrived on Monday, it's pretty damn good. On this album I actually prefer his slightly slower songs (Walkin' Man, My Youth) as well as his gritty, fast paced blues stuff. "Da mihi castitatem et continentam, sed noli modo"
October 2, 200817 yr Also had a special offer (because I shopped for over $56), so they offered me a pocket book for $1. The selection was pretty limited so I picked this one:
October 3, 200817 yr The Dirt is actually a pretty good read. Obviously it's not Tolstoy, but the stories are interesting. Highlights include Ozzy Osbourne sniffing a line of ants and Vince Neil walking around without realising he's covered in menstrual blood. La lune ne garde aucune rancune.
October 3, 200817 yr Author John Zorn - Six Litanies for Heliogabalus Now Moonchild and Astronome. Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore!
