They released a new version of it last week. There's a DVD with two remasterd CD's if I am correct. :)

Bought myself the new Jamie's Elsewhere album "They Said a Storm was Coming"

I highly recommend it to those of you who like Underoath, Attack Attack, Close Your Eyes, and A Day to Remember

Also, I just downloaded LPU9.0

AMAZING demo album. LP has definitly just redeemed itself from the mess they called Minutes to Midnight

Dire-Straits-Alchemy-346294.jpg

On vinyl - it sounds horrid on CD/MP3.

Surely it doesn't sound that bad? I have all their Studio Albums on Cd except for On Every Street, and I also have On the Night, another live album, and they're all great quality.

Vinyl just sounds more dynamic; correction, it is more dynamic. Even on Apple Lossless, Dire Straits just doesn't sound as rich as it could be.

Is The Rolling Stone's 'Exile On Main Street' any good?

Personally it's my favourite Rolling Stones album, it's definately worth a buy. I had it on my list of top albums that I did at the start of the year. I haven't heard the remastered re-release of it yet though.

For any Americans and international collectors willing to pay probably insane shipping.:

Ross is getting in the Casablanca ultimate edition (3 discs, plus the lobby cards, photo book, passport, other crap, big white box) and the The Notebook (Limited Edition Gift Set) for $6.99 each. I snatched the casablanca one up via ebay as my nearest ross is over 200 miles away

Got my Casablanca set in today
