I know the musical term for this (or even if there is one) but they do the thing where it's semi silent with one instrument (or none) playing then they all come in at once. Gets dumb after a while. I still like some of the songs though. I recently bought this: I would say waste of money, but only 3$ hah. Used ftw. I have all the 99s, and have been playing since 2001. It was $42 after shipping and handling. You can get either Blu-ray or DVD, and any size shirt. It's all the same price. Of course you can order stuff individually also. But then again I generally love anything with slash in.
