I think it's only certain monsters which you can't change, for example you can't change Crawling hands (Had to kill 199 once) and things like that.

But no one who slays would ever want to change out a kalphite assignment. Unless, you know, you're trying for the slowest xp you can possibly get.

March 25, 200620 yr There seems to be a little mis-information in this thread, so allow me to clarify. You can change ANY task given to you, as long as Tureal (The Burthorpe Master) Didn't assign it to you. Lizards aren't that bad, try getting 23 steel drags at level 79, god knows why I actually did it.... :shock:
March 25, 200620 yr You can't change Kalphites. Yeah, and Kalphites can also be assigned by the Burthrope slayer master. Kalphite workers are level 28, hence why they are asssigned by Turael. Besides, when they say "kill x amount of Kalphites" It can be any of their classes. The self-proclaimed king of bronze.
March 25, 200620 yr I have had 147 lizards before from Vanakka, couldn't Burthorpe them. Its just annoying, do it in several goes.

March 25, 200620 yr Ouch. They're the only ones that happens with? Guess I'm lucky, the Zanaris master is obsessed with assigning me trolls, and as I don't want to skill 160 odd trolls, I always end up getting it changed to kalphites or dogs. It'd be really annoying if I couldn't change. :\
