In short, this is a survey to pick out the top 10 and worst 10 jobs in runescape, based on mph, or money per hour. Post your many ways of making money: ie: (this is not my way btw) flax picking - 150k an hour. I will post the results on april 21st, or after if i do not have time.

my way of making money: rune merchanting - 600k mph

rcin, 500k an hr

well rune mining and yew cutting at 90+ wc

Rcing I can make like 500k an hour. Better then my rune mining and 99 smithing.

Runecrafting if you're 91 :roll:, dunn if fletching+alching counts?

Well my only income is from my party hats, which I'd guess would bring in a few hundred gp per hour? :P

 

But really when I want to make some cash I just run nats, which is about ~200k an hour for me.

rune mining

 

on a good day i can get 2 runs of 15 in an hour so 360k

 

on a bad day, i just give up 0k per hour :(

 

(its the best money maker in f2p except for merchanting and rune smithing i think)

I usually merchant to get my money.

This is what I do.

I don't make much money now, I just want to have fun playing the game since I can't possibly buy anything with my bank space filled up! and I already have enough cash with nothing to buy. I just continue raising my skills and maybe get like 10-20k an hour without realising.

I have many ways. I can rc to make 500k an hour

 

 

 

Or I can fish and cook sharks, a very good ammount of money per hour. Depends on how much I fish.

Air crafting, I can make 5-6k airs an hour. 5500x18=90k per hour.

rune mining on f2p - 300-500k per hour depending on how many other miners are out and assuming you dont die

Merchanting: Anywhere from 100-900k an hour

Merchanting big bones-buy 275gp ea, sell 450 ea....600k-1.5mil per hour

crafting nats, 300k an hour. merchanting whips is good money, I can make 500k an hour if things go well, but its not very stable and Id rather raise some runescape skills than my typing skills :P

I am exactly the same as Adam. When I played I merchanted for money which racked in a few hundred k an hour merchanting rares.

 

 

 

But Merchanting can rack in endless amounts of money an hour (e.g sell a certain amount of party hats an hour for 10 mill profit on each phat) so it doesn't really count.

 

 

 

I would also run nats and would average around 700-800 nats an hour with the lvl 91+ crafting company. So that around 210k- 240k an hour.

 

 

 

Picking Snape Grass at 500gp per grass was also good money but I never timed how many I got an hour.

 

 

 

Just goes to show that you don't need high skill levels to make a bucketload of gp on Runescape. :) :wink:

Your saying you craft 1k nats per hour! That's very nice espicially for someone who can't even do double nats. :) :wink:

Its acually not that difficult, mind you with my rc on this character I cant quite get 1k an hour since I dont have a large pouch, but on lunar I did so I could make 42 nats a trip, it would take roughly 2mins 30sec a trip so thats 24 trips and hour making 1008 an hour. someone that could make double nats, would also have a giant pouch so they could make 110 in a trip that would be 2640 nats an hour, which is WAY better cash :) I want 91 rc :P 790k an hour, I could deal with.
