April 19, 200620 yr Guys I am a very experienced barrows runner. If you look at my stats I do have 74 magic and 55 slayer to use magic dart. I have found out in almost 110 runs that a 6 Kill Count is actually more effective. Each time you kill a brother you have a chance of getting a piece of his equipment. When you kill other things in the tunnels it adds a better chance of getting runes,racks,etc.This decreases your chance for an item. In 110 runs I have accumilated 14 items in only doing 6 Kill Count. I have only receive a duplicate items twice meaning I have 2 Karils Tops and Bottoms. My runs include Full Guthan except the Helmet. I also have gotten a double item chest in one 6 KC run.(Dharocks Axe and Karils Top)So hopefully you will take my information and use it in your experiment. :D Hope I helped!! P.S. :lol: When a 6 KC spot opens I will gladly take it. Experienced Barrower *cough* Ive done countless trips and had over 200 barrows items. 25 of them Guthan spears. And i always use 14 kill count. And i DO constantly get 2 items per 50 prayer pots. Also per 50 prayers i DO get 1k bloods, 1k bolts, 2k or more chaos. And i start with 600 death 2400 minds.. leave with 1k deaths 3k minds. April 19, 200620 yr yesterday and today i've done a total of 6 trips... 20 KC each time, and i got guthans helm, ahrims skirt and dharoks legs... now thats luck! serious luck eh
April 19, 200620 yr For a reliable sample that you can conclude from, you should have at least 40 people doing it, each with 100+ runs. You have 15 at the moment with 250 runs. The conclusion from the observational study won't be very reliable as it doesn't fit the requirements for a sampling distribution.. (Sorry, I'm in AP Stat :P So yeah basically what I'm saying is that there needs to be more variability/variety in a test with more runs; therefore, there would be a closer result in the average population mean, which would be Jagex, which is unknown. However, it can be based upon all the other experiements that were previously done :)

Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. In those days though the spring always came finally but it was frightening that it had nearly failed.

I was making a suggestion. On the first page of this topic. To update the numbers of each team mate as they report their numbers. It was a suggestion for him, not to you to chime in with spam. Aussy no offense... April 20, 200620 yr Today is a happy and sad day for me!!! well...sad because the 30 runs i logged doing 6 kc have now just completely vanished on excel.....i looked everywhere and cant find it..im thinking my sis deleted or saved over it or something(i was doing it on her comp and she was on my comp cause hers is a bit faster)... Anyways im happy now because ive finally found some luck with this 6kc thing. Now that i started the log over my first two runs look something like this Trip 1: Tunnel- Verac the Defiled Loot- Guthans Warspear, 126 chaos, 395 minds, 1,265 coins Trip 2: Tunnel- Verac the Defiled Loot- Veracs Brassard, Dragon Med Helm, 168 chaos, 990 minds (my conclusion is that u really dont get many bloods or deaths or racks at all if u dont get high kc) -another reason im happy...i bought full dragon and full guthans and karils(will buy ahrim sometime tonight)finally acheived after like forever Dagannoth Slayer
April 20, 200620 yr Well i do believe kill count matters but you see what i have tested out is that if u kill other monsters WHILE TRYING TO FIND THE BROTHERS THAT YOU DIDNT KILL you have a better chance of getting something good. If you kill a lot of monsters after u kill the brothers you have less of a chance.

April 20, 200620 yr I get 6kc every run or 7 if i spawn 2 brothers. Only the brothers drop the armor not the spiders, bloodworms, skeles and rats. The only point in getting a kill count is to get runes. i'v had 3 spear drops and a total of 40m+ from barrows armor and weps. HIGHER KILL COUNT IS A WASTE OF TIME

April 20, 200620 yr with my amazing 6 mil loot yesterday i just got full verac to go with my full guthan :lol: , and i still have 20 trips left although i am running out of deaths alot because of the 6 kill count. :(
