i remember hearing it on another forum from a cool person, so i thought tip it had a lot of cool people :)

I didn't. Tip.it found me ;)

a friend introduced me to runescape, then after i became a member he introduced me to tip it

I always would google "runescape quest help" to get guides to all the quests I was on, and I would always click on tip.it. Finally I bookmarked it and now I use it for everything:)

mine was from runescape back in the day that they had links to other sites on their main page(the boards before scape). early oct /nov 2001 ish

 

Same for me. Only I was a little earlier than you 8-)

I always needed help with all the quests I did and I would always pester one of my good high-leveled, now retired, friend for help. He eventually got bored of me and requested that I come here. I started going to forums after I was bored one day and just started clicking around the home-page website for tip.it.

Googled runescape, it was the 2nd result so cliked on it to see what it was. Never been on rune HQ, Tip.It for life 8-)

I met Silverion in runescape a few days after runescape opened while i was mining at scopion pit, and he told me about this site and asked if i would like to join the team. Never thought this site would grow so big back then :)

i was n it way before it was tip.it. I cant remember how i found it :\

i needed help with quests and i was asking a friend for help all the time so he told me rune hq it will solve ur problems. it didnt, it helped with 1 quest then he told me about tip.it helps heaps more . i luv the calcs they help me heaps

I found it on the internets! :D

I believe I was looking for help on the quest in Draynor Manor involving the maze with all the switches, and ended up here.

Someone told me about it while i asked for quest help, cant remember what quest was it, but it was way back in RSC.

people used to always talk about it i thought it was a clan or something and i eventually found it :lol:

Might wanna change the title name so people dont get confused or something about how they die while finding Tip.it or something Hehe. :lol:

 

 

 

As for me, all I did was use a Google search about Runescape because I got bored, and the very second result was "Rune Tips :: The first Runescape fansite!" And I clicked on it... and It was the first day I signed up for Runescape, but I didn't bother with the forums 'till about November last year(2005).
