I dunno why, but someone in this topic says the point of pking is "fun".

 

 

 

So what fun is there in "Attack Bacab (Level-87)" when he is killing green drags for crafting and prayer, when you'll waste runes and arrows for a d-fire shield? How does it make sense that it's fun to pk me when I'm charging Earth orbs and all you'll get are some cosmics, a few orbs, and a tiara and I'll get set back and angry? Oh yeah Pking a clue scroller for a SPADE is LOADS of LAUGHS!!! Hell yeah!

 

 

 

Point is when I'm going into the wild for a clue, for orbs chargy, for hides or whatever non-combat stuff, I am allowed to pray, tele, and run all I want.

but with pkin i dont like to use it i feel it ruins the fight if they pray tho i instantly pray but i wont unless they do if im teamed i always turn on tho

look heres my number one rule in the wildy everything goes. you attack anyone or anything that you feel like you tele when you want you pray when you want you kill the people at green dragons.

 

 

 

for people saying prayer just makes the fight longer lets say person A has 43 prayer and person B has 70 prayer oh looks like person B's prayer might last a bit longer huh?

Without protection prayers, it would be impossible to solo pk, or go to the wildy in small groups. I was in the wildy with some friends for a snowball fight, when along came a clan of mages with about 15 people. We ran, and got split up. I was insanely outnumbered, so I turned on protect from mage. I lived. My friend next to me got 2 hit. See what I mean? Without protection prayers, the wilderness would be useless if you don't have a large clan to pk with.

Heh, I guess the question I will pose to you is why would you care? It's a game, try to enjoy it without taking other peoples whining into consideration.

I think a solution to the problem would be in wild, teleport can fail, that way, its not a sure thing...

 

 

 

and as for rings and ecto's...something like this could happen

and as for protect prayers...i think that more weapons should have specials that disable protection prayers..that way ppl would acctually use whip special.

Or just disable protection prayers in PVP combat. And, in regards to your first post, it's more unfair that it takes 25 magic to teleport, yet 85 magic to counter it.

I agree, I don't ever pk so when im out theyre for a clue or something and I get attacked, I pray, run, tele, do whatever I can to get away. I may be level 124 combat but I'm not going to stand theyre like a bloody idiot and die, I didnt want to fight you in the first place so I'm going to utilize my skills to flee :lol:

Do you realize that if everyone had your mentality...then no one would ever die in the wildy unless teamed... If both people pray then a fight could go on for 10 minutes without a victor.

 

 

 

Sure use your prayers if your not in the wildy for pking but don't go pking with the intention of using protect prayers, all you will acomplish is delaying the inevitable.

 

 

 

You have a right to pray and tele, so don't go complaining about it. I do it and i'm proud, so stop whinning or quit the game.

How i see teles if someone calls me a "pixel hugger" for using them. Its a way of surviving. Some of us dont have the time to make all our pixels back. I still dont see how the pkers motto isnt "Anything to win" yet.

I've trained prayer, and the only reason Pures can't keep up is because they think there good, but you'll be surprise on how many pures carry runes to tele.
