It's not from DBZ, it's from Chrono Trigger. Although I understand you got confused because Akira Toriyama is both the artist from DBZ and the character designer for CT.

its an RPG (my rsn) , i used to cook all the time (hense the 99 cooking) a law rune has a scale on it (which is the symbol of balance) and FOR BALANCE! is my expression of Guthix following...lol its not a good sig i know, but it was the first one i made so i kept it in the cycle *shrug*
