You get 10% more than you did before, so he did the math for everyone and posted how much you would get at each level. 136 Combat, 2290+ Skill Total

If you work as a clan, you can get around 45 seconds per game average. Jack of all trades, master of thieving. 259th to 99 thieving. All stats 75+
