An RS legend would be someone like The Old Nite, Lilyuffie or Zezima as they have played for a long time and actually achieved alot and worked hard for it.

There are plenty of types of legends. For example:

 

 

 

Zezima - first to all 99's

 

Duke Freedom & R2 pleasent - well known merchants

 

 

 

Cant really think of anymore at 3am, but you get the idea.

 

 

 

Duriel might be a legend for his bug abuse.

 

 

 

I really don't see what's the big deal if you see him as a legend or not. How does that affect you? Let's say if he is a legend, would it change the way you see him? Some see him as a legend, some see him as a loser. It's all in the eye of the beholder.

I would have tried attacking 1 person and if it worked I would have ran to edgeville and killed a pure wearing a santa or someone hi alching. Just because I'm too poor. But I wouldn't have do what Durial did by killing almost anyone.

Out of all the top runescapers him and lilyuffie are my favorites. I even nat ran for n0valyfe back in the day, no screenies though because I didn't know who he was, he even said "yes" to me through private chat when I asked if he was still crafting!!!

It's topics like this that are going to make him a "Legend" If you stop talking about him and the events with occured then people will eventualy forget about it.

One Dictionary states the definiton of legend to be:One that inspires legends or achieves legendary fame.

 

 

 

He certinaly inspires me as I hope to be the next Duriel :D and he has definately achieved fame as you can see by all the posts talking about him. :?

Some soccer players are also considered legends and it's just a game.

doing what durial did would be awesome (although i do feel sry for the victims) and you cant say you wouldnt do it until your in that posistion, and it is definetly worth getting banned over (in my oppinion)

IMO, the RS legends are people who have achieved something unique, that not just anyone can attain. First off, the fire cape owners are all pretty legendary in my eyes. Also, the owners of any gold CW armor are very legendary. Then come the PKers, such as Death Treath, who reign over the wilderness with their well known PKing skill.
