While wearing: Veracs plate/skirt, beserker ring/helm, climbing boots, strength (or fury) ammy, and cooking guants (haven't done recipe for disaster yet...) I use the dragon battle special and the two highest att & str prayers. With those I can hit fairly hard and alot.
