Becoming an Undead anything is a good idea. They have the most useful racial in the game (Will of the Forsaken).

Also, Gnomes probably make the best warriors. Yes, I said it...Gnomes. Their racial (escape artist) is a God-send.

Gnomes make terrible warriors in PvE end game content.

They have a shortened hit length so they have to get closer to the hit box on large bosses in order to hit them. This ruins the Line of Sight issues with the rest of the raid and can cause a wipe because of it. This can easily be noted on Firemaw, Flamegor, and Chromaggus.

On alliance night elves make the best tanks and on horde taurens make the best tanks.

However gnomes aren't half bad warriors in PvP

Taurens are the best race for their classes imo. War stomp is a life saver.

Hmz... We used a gnome MT on those three bosses the first times we downed them, and apart from the fact that the whole LoS-healing concept took a while for the healers to figure out, we didn't have any major problems. Using a night elf now though, "the walking wrath helm's" computer broke.

yeah 0.1 is very important... if you casting time was 3 and oppent weapon speed is 3 too... 0.1 helps youspell from slowing... but that you have to be lucky.

Dun think arcane is good\

From the looks of Talents... arcane talents does not really help to incrase damage or stun. But it helps for non damageing spells.

Fire talent... You will constantly damage opponet... ignithing him always, increaseing vulnarability . high damage

Frost talent , stunn and slows alot and quite high critical if you you have to fight an opponent for a long time...

so basically spec in frost for croud control and fire for damage.

at the moment my setup is this:

Frost bolt enemy

fireball enemy

arcane missile

fireblast

blizzard

repeat

no..

Polymorph

frostbolt

fireblast

frost nova

cone of cold

forstbolt

y polymorph first????

i dont have cone of cold

speccing out in frost now, wat will be the best attack spell with frost? frostbolt or sumthin else?

By sheeping the enemy first.. you will get some time to get to a good distance and cast without worries , the next spell you cast after polymorph

can also use pyroblast ( 6 sec i think ).

If you polymorph after damaging enemy , you will be helping the enemy to heal rapidly, not a good idea.

best frost spell is probably frost bolt , you can slow enemy , run to a safe distance and cast again.

maybe u try , ice armour effect, then cone of cold , run away , when he gets nearer , ice nova , run

Oh , and warstomp last for 1 sec.. bascally its use is to interrupt spell casting.

Oh btw : helm of wrath looks like ultraman

ok that makes sense, u polymorph so they stay in basically the same area instead of walking further towards u and realising ur their ur walking away.

this is what im thinking of spending my talents points on

http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=RZZVVGIsftAo

is there anything in there that i should do because is useless?

what should i spend the extra points on?

is it worth going into fire or arcane a little?

what does the winter chill thing actually do?

what does the winter chill thing actually do?

Winter chill :

When you cast any frost spell.. a 5/5 winter chill will give you 100% of

increasing frost crit by 2 for 15 sec.

Can stack up to 5 times.

EXample:

frostbolt--------normal crit

frostbolt--------2%

frost nova--------4%

cone of cold--------6% -- 15 sec effect starts from here ( if you cast the next spell before 15 sec )

can stack 2 more times

For your talent thingy .

remove talents from frost channeling... ice block , ice barrier

Spent any 5 points on the 1st section of arcane

then put 5 points on arcane concentration... Clearcast is important

remove improved blizzard , put the last 4 on Impact (fire)

ok im gonna go as a warrior next, what race is best for the class? i thought it was dwarf, someone said it was a gnome because of their escape artist ability, someone also said night elves were best. so what is best?

I'd also like to have mining and blacksmithing as my professions

For PvP:

Undead: Will of the Forsaken - Removes Fear/Seduce - A God send vs Warlocks

Tauren: War Stomp - .5 second stun - Really good escape tactic

Orc: Hardiness - 25% Resist to all stun effects - Ver nice vs Rogues

Human: Perception - Increases stealth detection for a small amount of time - lets you see rogues from a mile away.

Gnome: Escape Artist - removes immobilizing effects - Removes frost nova and nets in BGs. good for chasing.

For PvE:

Night Elves: tallest alliance race and largest hit length. Best for tanking in end game.

Tauren: 5% increase in total health, more health = more good.

Just pick the race that best suits you. But, in my opinion the real fun in the game begins at 60. So stick with a character and play it all the way to 60.

ok here is my hunter: she's 59(and staying there hehe) so if she ever gets 60 has the last talent to go in mend pet.

you can get full best talented and still fit in aimed shot

i personally use arcane as well as the stings, but some like elementals are immune to stings.

so i put it in arcane so it'll hit those hard(they seem to damage me alot)

It also depends on what your going to be focusing on most, pvp or end game raids.

If you don't like the way your char is setup, you can always send some money to change your talents so it doesn't really matter in the long run.

Haven't tried arcane shot before, I usually stick with stings and aimed shot. In pvp, frost trap followed by hm and all the other jazz, then get in a aimed shot (specially when it's a crit) is pretty nice.

Myself, I've only focused on marksmanship and some survival and only some points in improved aspect of the hawk from beast mastery. Again, it's all up to your preference so choose what you seems to be down your alley.

try wearing mages clothing for spells and arcane...

then wield the best magic dmg staff you can get

my lvll 43 Warlock had like +190 shadow damage...

but then hunter with cloth?!?

you arcane shot will be so deadly then.

oh elementals are abit more powerful then normal monster... they got good resistance and immunity i think
