I also believe they were waiting for POH before adding clan support.

 

 

 

 

 

Here is a speculation why:

 

 

 

Currently, everybody is frustrated because you can only enter a house when the owner is there. This is how it should be, owners don't want you entering their house and using their hard earned guilded alter to get easy prayer exp, or to use your portals to cannifs for free, ect ect.

 

 

 

 

 

However, with the introduction of clan support, you can enter the house of any member of the clan who is on your "clan section" of your friends list (or all the members can enter the house of the leader?) at anytime - whether or not they are there. . Clan members show up orange on your minimap, while friends continue green. This makes for a great place for clan meetings and events.

 

 

 

Before POH is just wasn't possible to add much clan support... but now with POH, it is much likely.

Well, if it ended up something like that, it seems useful, but I can already see people trying to manipulate it.

If they do introduce clan support, its gona be interesting to see how it actually turns out. Their last attempt to give atiny bit of clan suport was a joke (wildy capes).

 

 

 

And in my opinion, as far as alters go, I personally think you should only be able to worship at your own alter. It would give more of an incentive to raise contruction and a reward for reaching the required levels. It is after all one of the most useful things to build. What incentive do I reallyhave to get 72 construction when my friend will let me use his alter? I do plan on getting 70+ regaurdless, but it doesnt want to make me work fast to get it...ill just take my time.

Of course its not a party thing, but it was modified like what they wrote about POHs have personal shops.

 

 

 

Finally, in July the new spells they annouced might be summoning.

Well if everyone on your friends list is a green dot, and anybody sharing your wildy cape is a blue dot, then people on your clan list would have to be ... purple, maybe?

 

 

 

Wilderness capes were Jagex's first (failed) attempt at clan support. Will their next idea be any better? Time will tell ...

well, my friends list goes down occasionally... but the ignore list is usually down to. and it is not this time. strange, perhaps condor is correct?
