I hiting 31 with str 91 controlled and 107 str bonus. same as I hit with ultima str prayer. the bonus is only when doing slayer assigment. After 117 Gargoyils (or what ever u spell it) then mask is (6) instead of (10) and I used guthan to heal from time to time. If you can't recharge the mask it is really lame cause it will be enough for like 2 slayer task - about 20k-30k slayer exp. July 4, 200620 yr I'm using mine.... There's a DEFINITE strength bonus, and attack bonus. I'm hitting 29's when my normal max is around 24-25. I'm here with a lvl 126 and I'm hitting much better than him (with super att pot too). It's great :) I've killed 160 black demons, and so far my mask is still at (10) charges, so I'm not sure what's up with that. Anywho, the mask is quite nice... At some time, one tires of all the disappearing benefits and having to recharge or repay for things. Some are worth it; this may very well not be. But, as fast as they deteriorate, there is no way I am going down there and spend the time and effort to obtain something that lasts no longer than that. I just tried to repair mine in my workroom, and it was a no go.

July 4, 200620 yr My mask dropped to 8 after killing 135 nechryaels. It does give at least a strength bonus, I was hitting 39s with whip when I usually hit up to 35. It better be rechargeable, but knowing jagex it probably isn't.
July 4, 200620 yr Home > Manual > Skills > Slayer (Members Only) > Slayer - Extra Features Secondly, the masks contain a spell that can reduce your opponent's Defence by 3-10 levels, regardless of whether they are your Slayer assignment or another player. Judging by how broodoo shields work, I assume that the number in ()'s refers to how many more charges of this spell are in the mask. Even when the charges run out, you'll still have the attack and strength bonuses. You just won't have a chance of draining enemy defense anymore, which nobody cared about in the first place. When fighting monsters, the spell charges are randomly used from time to time.
