Well i've only been on my noob for nearly 2 weeks so what happened for that last one in which i remember i was cwing a lot for 1900.

You should try F2P PKing on Unbeaten, had a think about it and I think your stats would pretty much own. Seeing as you can easily hit over 15 (the max f2p food heals) with 70 strength. You will be hitting fairly constantly with 99 attack as well as barely having to eat due to 99 defence. That spells major ownage to me!
