It just renders your amor useless. thats what it was said to do, but it infacts totally messes up the KQ's 2nd form. No, I don't think that has changed only barrows, because we could hit through the Kalphite Queen before, so that means just the barrows Verac didn't hit through your armor. It doesn't happen every hit, it happens as often as guthan heals himself, torag drains your energy, karil lowers your agility, ahrim lowers your strength, ETC.
