Perhaps we can get a ton of people to make and disprove theories? A 15 minute wait is a long time individually to test this after all. I hope I don't get skulled. :( Can anyone confirm that you only get skulled if you do not have 85 slayer? Hope this quest is easy.... I am not 85 Slayer and went in and DID NOT get skulled.
