I agree... They could've put Wario in the game... Wario would be a pretty interesting character...

but cap. is much, much faster. and marth is noticablly faster. i play cfalc, roy, marth, and gannondorf alot. youll notice the difference after a while.

I used to be great with Fox, but I moved away to college and had a little SSBM withdrawl, aha. I'm not nearly as fast with fox anymore -- but I've been playing again, and I love using Yoshi and Captain Falcon.

 

 

 

Yoshi is amazingly good.. I underestimated him :x

marth is faster, but roy is the man for a powerful clearing swipe that makes all the enemies fly backwards to give you some room.

It's a comprimise.

 

 

 

Roy is great with close combat, all-in brawling. But Marth is that little bit better if you've got room to move (since the tip of his sword is stronger than Roy's tip - and Roy's middle and stronger than Marth's middle).

 

 

 

I used to play as Marth, but found that Roy, while slower, tended to suit my style of play more than Math's.

Captain Falcon owns

 

 

 

And roy is for people who like cheap shots :-$

I'm amazing with Shiek, I move around quickly and use "A" attacks for fast hits.

link was awsome in the first ssb. then they totally nuked him in ssbm .

I beat my friends with most characters I use-4 stock no items and avoid the gay stages(hyrule temple, flat zone)

 

best to worst-> Yoshi, Ganon/Fox, Marth, Falco, Dr Mario.. then there are the random other ones I just experiment with(which ends up with me only not using pichu, roy, mario, ness, bowser and kirby.. because they all suck =P )

 

 

 

edit: and wavedashings explanation/uses. You wavedash by airdodging into the ground at any angle from 0/180 to 270 degress(you moving nowhere if you do it at 270, where you go maximum distance with a 0degree tilt on your joy stick)

 

 

 

You use it for dodging opponents attacks without any lag(easiest to notice is dash attacks) to moving across the stage in a standing position(meaning you arn't dashing or running, you are moving while standing still) into a combo(easiest to notice is a grab combo =P )

 

 

 

and my friends call me cheap because I am the best at edge guarding ^_^

Ness. I end up winning most stock fights because people generally don't attack me off the bat because I attack from afar. And when people try to stop me, I destroy them with my smash attack(bat), and they stay away from me until the end of the game :twisted: .

Roy, I like doing his attack on my friends while they've been hit off the arena and is coming back to land.
