Muggi was bored an has a thread where he calculated it, just look around Page 2 I t'ink, it was posted yesterday :P . Though, even then, I doubt there's a person alive who would be able to do it, even with an extreme amount of dedication (along with the necessary no life factor).

i wouldnt really care about levels as long i was famous for being a great player. like a pker, dueler, merchant. something where u are not clicking pixels but actually gaining against other real humans.

That about sums it up for me. Only thing I'd add as the ultimate acheivement would be maxed out f2p skills on f2p. And as some of you know, a certain someone has only 22 levels to go to accomplush just that. :o
