I used Rune Battleaxe and Anti-Dragon Shield back in Runescape Classic.

 

Had Full Rune with chain, and used lobsters and 1 strength pot.

i wore dragon legs, dragon chain (coz i couldnt wear rune pl8 yet) and a berkseer... my wepon was a whip... and i wore a d fire shield....

i did it with bull steel, and a rune 2hander on my first attempt (he hit a 43 on me for the one hit k0)

 

 

 

then on my second attempt, monks robes (couldnt afford another set of steel :wall: ) and a rune long, and lobs lol...

 

 

 

i didnt realize i was at like 15 hp till he hit a 7 on me lol ... i could barely eat my lobs fast enough >.<

Hmm, it was long time ago, but.... I think i had full addy, rune long, maybe 1 str pot :\, d fire shield and like 15-16 anchovy pizzas, which i found in the wilderness :D, ye i was 1 fishing because didn't know where to fish lolz... #-o

 

I survived with a few pizzas somehow :]

All I remember is that I was wielding an addy pickaxe.. Still beat him though :thumbsup:

I thought I already replied to this topic...Guess not...I went with a fire staff, a blue wizard robe (top), and a blue wizard hat. I fire bloted it, it only took about 40 spells. And 10 lobbies used...I did it at 40 combat I think.

I was only at lvl 46 combat wearing plain leather armour (that I had crafted :D , I was so proud), addy b axe, DF shield and tons of lobs (2 loads).

Believe it or not I was wearing steel plate and legs, anti dragon shield and rune long. And a full inven of salmon and i only used 6 of them.

If I remember correctly, I wore full rune, mithril plate, and ...umm either a rune battleaxe or rune scimitar. #-o

I'm going to do it right now and I'm planing on wearing mystic, full addy, rune long, and obby cape. Mage using the few runes I have then melee him. I'm not a noob anymor Evlarg :twisted:

It's been over 2 years... i remember that my friend got it down to half health then died, and i finished it off and finished the quest lol...

I don't remember... It was back in RSC... When Dragon Slayer was HARD... Nowadays I see lower levels doing it.. It makes me sad :(

I don't quite remember, but I think it was full rune except for rune kite that was replaced with the anti-fire shield ^^ And a rune scimitar and some rubbish cape, gloves and shoes. :oops:

Full rune And long. with procect from magic. Too easy. for the one F2P dragon.

well on my pure account (range\def) 30 def 40 range I was 35 combat at the time i brought studded body green legs green vamps pheonix crossbow 200 bronze bolts power ammy lets just say i got out with 4 hp left :uhh:
