However, if we are talking about "any" games, than I'd have to say that the Legend of Zelda 1 (on NES) was pretty damned hard. And I mean playing the game w/o a stratagy guide =P. You get to play a country, and control its political, economic, and military actions through history. It is quite easy to become a 'super power' and win the game, especially if you start the game with a strong country (England, Spain, France, Austria). I killed him in about 3 hits. :anxious: All of the things behind him were on ice, so I used Shiva for an instantanious kill. I was quite shocked myself when that happened. And that's the final time you kill him before he dies. He was hardest at the mountain. My vote: Wolfenstein 3D. The original Wolfenstein. I remember being about 6/7 when I played that. Zelda 1 is deffintly the hardest game i've ever played. but I remember only having to use the guide for one part. There was a random wall that you hard to blow up... I mean come on.
