Ouch, unlucky dude! I don't think the foums have caused me much trouble at all, the worst I've had is being teleported by a random to just south east of varocks east bank, I was so confused, would've taken a picture of my own face, but decided not to.

Smelting steel in Al-Kharid. My speakers are busted so I don't hear the hits. Wake up in Lumbridge minus my outfit, kept str ammy, fire staff and a steel bar. I run back up to the furnace and manage to salvage my prince leggings and my lucky Lederhosen hat! I swear loudly at my computer for a while, grab a pick and head off to mine 8 iron and 16 coal...

Exactly, I always have the sound effects on so I know what's happening when I'm multi-tasking, and have never while doing so.

My computer froze from reading these forums while I was Metal Dragon hunting, I had too many things going on at once or something (opening a bunch of files while at the Steels on your laptop-> bad idea). My computer just froze up, but just to torture me, though I couldn't do anything, Jagex made it so I could still hear my guy fighting. I heard my av take down the Iron he was maging, and guess what joyous sound I heard next? You guessed it, a Steel Dragon meleed me to fally, and I could hear it happen the whole time, but couldn't do anything :cry: . Byby Infinity Boots.

every single one of you who has died because of reading the forums need to stop putting so much effort into reading and posting and start paying attention to the freaking games, especially at dangerous areas (barrows, brimhaven dungeon, wild, etc.).

 

 

 

i mean, you joined RuneScape because you wanted to play the game, not because you wanted to read stories about it or post your comments on it. dying because of paying too much attention on the forums warrants no apologies or condolence from me. it just makes me wish i was there for every single one of your "forum-at-fault" deaths. it may sound brash, but thats what i truly think.

i dont max the sceen out, i have the rs sceen in the top right and forums across the the bottom and covers up my rs sceen up to the chat bar (not pms) so basic if i get attacked i can see if im under atk and read forums : if i ever get attacked i can crush any randoum that attacks me so im good

Why do people wear rare items while multi-tasking.. I just can't understand it. I fish only wearing ring of life and boots of lightness..

On my old pure I was cannoning rock crabs and reading forums and looked back to see that my cannon had attracted a freminik guard and watch my guy get hit a 4 and bow to him. Lost ranger set, 500k cash, 2k cannonballs, and 30k iron knives.

I've only lost 65k from reading the forums.

ya!!!!! i died many many times... and the evil chicks were all me valluble deaths cuz thats the only lvl 120+ rondom without praying in f2p... and all other doesnt hit you in 20 sec to death...

Ouch! how long ago was it? cause aren't ranger sets like 4m or something?

yeh happend to me at black demons, 800 deaths and 2400 airs gone aswell as some mage gear... oh well easy come easy go!!

After i click on something (usually a tree) i wait a sec to see if i get a random, and when i dont click back to the forums. I've kinda developed a habit that way.

i've actually been extremly lucky when doing this, i must have some kind of gift because i've done some really dangerous things while reading and posting on these forums, including agility course in wildy, treasure trails in wildy, fighting dragons and other powerful monsters etc. but i am yet to lose at the blame of the forums

was ranging at blue drags with my crystal bow 1\10, went to seed and i ran and started kicking the dragon #-o looked back on my screen and i was dead ,lost crystal seed, 250 laws and some black d hide

i was at warrior guild was reading these forums and i died from rune armor lost whip med gild pl8 fury and lots of other stuff buy my frend was there and he got it for me and he gave it back =)

almost lost my green phat a lot of times, while fishing at guild. I did lose my mime top and a shelm and glory ammy on my pure while at fishing guild.

Well im glad someone made this post ive lost obby set (ok the reason this was upsetting was because it was my first day there and although it had been good to me that day my entire day was a profit of -300k :)(to this day i swear it was that chicken(and i was just glad not to have lost my whip and dharocks legs with torag helm ) and the last time i was killing iron drags lost some junk easy come easy go
