Woah, you'll have at least 97 Smithing with those bars.

if you make steel plates with the bars, alch the plates. EDIT: Oh you already said that. But it'll make you like 56m, and get you 91 magic.

I got a lvl 3 with 3m, i wouldn't be able to think of any person who would drop 200k+ steel bars..
