Well in times of great gp-spending, you have to consider where your priorities are. For me, skills are of absolute importance in this game. I don't care much for items and such. I just pick a skill that I am attracted to and go for it, no matter what it takes to get there (millions of gp/months of hard work and time/whatever). So if magic is something that you enjoy right now, go for it! 10.4m is a small price to pay for achieving a goal that you want :)

well ive decided my queen of wasting money that i will do the 94 magic thing but during it i will get max enchant points at mta then waste rest on just xp not points and after that i will buy runes needed for a hat at mta and possibly a top and then work for those and most likely keep instead of selling

nice job so far, i followed your 99 construction also, if i had a say i would say get 99 herblore and dont do a drop party, the people that come for the drop party arnt there to celebrate you they are there for the loot, ill check ur blog to see when ur party will be keep up the awesome work.
