Narc, they sent me a message after I sent a 'complaint' instead of a appeal, because I didn't have one for being perm muted, then 2 days after, I sent them a complaint saying I'm trying to be patient, I am still waiting on a response and it's been around 5 full days since I been muted, I'll give you a day by day timeline. =/ and to be honest with you i kind of want someone to 'talk too' about this, or somoene that can PERSONALLY respond to me. instead of having automated messages =/.

...this is a werid situation especially for you. i mean i'm thankful i can contact them. keep trying dude, i know this is so important to you, try even emailing or sending a letter to jagex office, i mean you did pay for their service, and i don't really see a big upset in writting letters, theres no law forbidding anyone to write a letter of complaint agianst a company u kno

u were hacked by a smart hacker. What he did was after he hacked ur account, he send horrible ban appeals so that u can't send another

errr what's with the hack comment? No one was hacked here, it's not about hacking at all, it's about Jagex making an error.

 

 

 

And no, I've sent many queries and they never bothered to respond to me one single time. Seeing that I couldn't send a ticket anymore (and I'm not alone), I created another character, send them a complaint about the lack of responses and... guess what? No responses to those quieries either. See, this is my exact point here, they respond once to you, they never responded once to me and many others. This is the exact core of the issue, we are getting no responses from Jagex. We are all in the same situation, perm ban with no ban appeal (thus the bug from Jagex) with all of us knowing that ban isn't real as it is based on a bag and not an infraction per say.

 

 

 

I'm not at all convinced they are actually looking at my account at all, seeing I have never had a single response (this LONG before I created this thread). And yes, I would GLADLY settle for an automated message, telling me that, AT THE VERY LEAST they saw that I am stuck in this bug also.

You can send an email to billing, like I did, but no responses there either. What's left? Phone call, the hell with that, ain't gona call London during the day of course, that would cost me and wouldn't even assure me that my call may go anywhere and I'm quite certain it wouldn't go anywhere.

FYI most all companies are like this, and they have to be(unless they have butloads of cash) or else they'd be flooded with this and that junk. They have a sorting system, which as you can see is somewhat flawed under certain circumstances.

 

Jagex has always been kile this. Unless they just hate you and have implanted this memory into the minds of everyone but you just to ruin your day. Yeah, I think it's tht last one. :roll:

nousername4, you are very ignorant, and no one asked you to look at this topic, we are trying to resolve an issue with the help of the runescape community and you have no right to tell anyone to grow up because this is a serious issue. I gurantee you would be pissed if your account was banned without an appeal and you couldn't talk to jagex in any way you tried, and even if you did suceed you didn't get a reply back, you need to slow your roll, obviously this has to be a mistake, and everyone in this situation has to be patient, but it's been 5 days for me, and I'm not sure how long for other people, and believe me patience only goes so far, I am still patient, but I understand peoples problems and concerns, and I don't believe what you posted was relevant to the issue we presented to the runescape community, as asked earlier, if anyone knows a Jagex mode that has any new information for us? please post it so we can understand the issue more, until then, stop with your stupid remarks username4.

This happened to my nephew, he finally got his account back after much upset. Jagex in its wisdom, sent a foul letter unbanning his account , but with no attempt at an apology or compensatin for the time his acc was banned. He still has no idea why they have been so offensive.

Well, it's monday morning in London, so some more accounts should be unbanned hopefuly today, and hopefuly a lot of accounts.

It took three days. I know it doesnt seem too long, but it was a horrible wait and they added insult to injury by the tone of their reply when it finally came. To date we still have no idea what he is supposed to have done. Even tho they have implied he did something. They have not so far troubled to answer that query.

Well welcome to jagex and the hush hush I too was banned while my account was looked at from what they say. I got a auto reply moving me from perm ban to last chance without reason or the chance to appeal the fact that I had broke no rules known to me.

 

 

 

I have asked for reasons and being given nothing. I was a die hard runescape player with crazy stats almost sub-human lmao. I now have asked for my account to be disabled and giving everything away that I had in my bank.

 

 

 

I think jagex should be able to say when there wrong and start to think of ways that could make customers feel more appreciated.

 

 

 

The fact that even if after the whole matter was taken care of the prayers were still at a lost in stat ranks and posible drops or money made from whatever they would have done while stuck waiting.

 

 

 

Oh btw jagex can change or give items/xp but choose not too.

I would have, at this point, very angry words I could use to describe the Jagex staff, but I will spare all of you this useless anger of mine. I have just sent them another query (with an account I created because they have locked any possibilities for me to send queries using "NarcAngel") and will wait again for ANY damn responses on their part.

if i don't get unmuted im going to quit also. they have shown me no reason for me to have been muted. and i never disrespected anyone, so i don't know what the hell is the big idea of muting me for a week now. ughh =/ so.....

i made a suggestion in the official forums about renewing the mute system but it didn't catch fire then.

 

 

 

the plan was basically this:

 

 

 

You get normal warnings for your account. when you have 3 warnings from foul language you would lose the ability to say stuff in normal chat but you would be able to send pm's and post on forums.

 

 

 

Losing chat ability would last a month and you would get it back. BUT if you after this got 3 more warnings (time served, blackmarks removed) OR also got warnings from pm's while your 1 month mute you would face 3 months of perm muting. kinda like on perol and 3 strikes.

 

 

 

After the 3 months had passed you would be on 1 month trial and would be able to post on forums and send pm's. If you got a warning then it's perm mute. but if you behaved then you would get normal chat back. 2 more strikes after this and it would be life sentence forever.
