what do you guys think of varrock?

 

is it ugly? is it just good as it is now?

 

i myself think its rather ugly but what about you guys?

I don't think Varrok is ugly at all. It is going to be nice when it is updated but I happen to like it as it is. I am king of scared that they are going to change it into something that is as scary as the new Fallador. I hate that place now....

At the moment its about as ugly as yor grammar; not pretty but you can live with it. Should look spanking once they have revamped it though. I'm most looking forward to seeing how the new palace looks.

I agree mostly. I am really hoping that it is going to look a whole lot better after the update (pokes Fally again, they really failed there). Things usually do look better with a graphics update and a fresh coat of paint.

 

 

 

I am also excited about the redesigning of the castle. I wonder what they are going to do with it. I am kind of hoping that they keep that nifty tree and garden in the center of it though. It is nice.

I think Varrock is nice as it is now. I know it will be updated, but for me, I don't think it's necessary.

It is only the graphics that are being redone, I doubt very much that they would move stuff around.

They usually move a few things around and add a few touches of their own, like in the other revamps.

Varry is a mess, but it has been though three fires i belive. It has a reason to be a dump. Cant find the page on runscape but i saw it said varry had a fire once. IF they do move stuff around, when they update the graphhics, it is going to be minor. But they won't make it as grand as fally update. Because the courpt nobles strip the land of money

i don't know, but the interfaces are ugly. i remember about 6 months ago, they updated falador. :-k i wonder how much it would cost to renovate Varrock...

Varock is supposed to be ugly. It's a city divided into 2 areas. The south area being the poor gang ridden ghettos, and the north being the market/palace areas.

hmm.... i dont know, its rather kool in members worlds, better to meet friends in. but thats a different storyi in free world, i hate free world varrok. lv 15's running around, press 111 to be my gf.......

I think South Varrock's 'ghetto' could be, well more dodgy looking, for instance stained buildings, some more shady charecters, maybe give the South area a lick of ugly grey dingy paint and generally darken it, however working with Java limits this a bit

 

 

 

And yes, Falador was scary when was redone, such a shock to see so much white, blinded me slightly!

Varrock is supposed to be more industrial/slum looking. Its always been that way.

I really like varrock. it's a good starting town and it has two banks,

 

 

 

pretty popular and suits the theme of the gangs.

I don't hate fallador but it could look alot better. I mean every building white? hold back a little geese.

Yep, Varrock is divided into two sections. I agree that the southern part could look a little more "ghetto-y" and the northern part a little "shinier", but that's just what I think. I can't wait for the new look, especially since we've seen what Jagex can do with the new demons/giants/dragons/bears/rats/bats.

I like it as it is. Jagex should fixing things that aren't broken
